OHIO Note about the Encyclopedia

Hi Ohioans,

I was doing some work on the Ohio Letterboxing Encyclopedia at the
server level and have broken something. The data is not lost (yet)
but I have been unable to fix the system for 24 hours. Not to
despair yet. Just wanted you to know I am working on it.
